The Horseman coughed at all the talk of curvy women, and noticed that Sparkle was doing something with her eyes. He wondered if she had something in them.

Sparkle blinked again. "So you did see some beautiful curves of a shadow but not the actual killer?" Sparkle stared at Kit, wondering if it would be rude to laugh, because this whole situation was just ridiculous. But when Kit didn't yell "JUST JOKING" she disappointedly turned to the rest of the guests who were still alive. "Tea anyone? It's rather drafty around here.. Lets settle down somewhere and eat some chocolate chip cookies!"

Kit nodded at Sparkle's suggestion for cookies and turned to Pliff and Yusef, "I do hope you don't think just because I'm dead now, you can slack off. Now get on. I was good enough to hire you back, you ought to be doing some work."
They both stared at her.
She sighed, "Go find Hema and Manny (you remember them, don't you? The working sort?), and tell them to get everything set up. We need tea and cookies. And scones and whatnot."
They nodded and proceeded to leave into the dining room. The collie continued to wag her tail at Kit.
"Come along, Lassie, and bring that bowl of food with you. You mustn't waste it, after all. The Horseman was good enough to give it to you."

The Horseman nodded appreciatively at Sparkle's suggestion and listened to Kit giving orders to her former-but-now-current employees.
It was at that point that Eliza came wandering into the foyer. It had been a while since she had seen anyone, so she had come to investigate. She eyed the dog with wary suspicion and gave a small neigh, before starting to eat some of the dog food.

Sparkle hopped over to the kitchen and put on the kettle. "Hm" she hummed to herself, looking for all the flavours of tea. "Lets see.."
She peeked around the kitchen door. "Does Eliza like mango-tea Mr Horseman?"
Suddenly after all the excitement of pawwing dogs and dying Hostesses Sparkle had continued to sparkle like ever. She was sure that after a good cup of tea, they would be able to find the killer.

[oooh, what a good idea.... I might do that tonight when I finish watching Murder She Wrote... I wish I had Jessica Fletcher here, she'd solve all this in a minute]
"Erm.. I'm really not too sure" said The Horseman. "She has a tendancy to wander about the place" he said, as he picked out of her mane what appeared to be a petal of some kind. "She should have been in the closet, but she can unlock doors".
The Horseman turned, startled by Sparkle. "Er, yes I believe she like most types of tea" he said, and Eliza's constant neighing confirmed it.

Kit sat contently at the dining table as she watched everyone drink their tea and eat their cookies and she wasn't at all forlorn by the fact that she could never eat ever again like the other guests, because not having to eat was a blessing after all. What a time consuming necessity, honestly. And besides that, she had a busted lip and eating would have to be rather uncomfortable.

PD walked into the room quite late, however she was just in time to hear TT exclaim something about their hostess dying. "Oh the humanity of it!" She cried.

"Of course you may have some tea Susie!" Sparkle exclaimed and she poured Susie a cup after she'd put on a white apron. "TT, come here dear, sit down and have some tea." She guided TT to a chair and put a mug of tea in front of her. "Now drink!"

TT felt faint. She suddenly felt herself being guided towards a chair, pushed down, and a hot drink put in front of her. TT glanced around. "Thank... thanks, Sparkle" she managed to get out. "I dodn't... drink tea though... What... how'd she die...?"

PD scurried behind Sparkle and TT. "TT, dear, you should drink something... how about hot cocoa?" She turned to Sparkle. "Is there any of that? Though..." She looked back at TT, "you really should have some tea... twould help you feel better."

Feeling suddenly better, almost indignant to the fuss everyone was making about her, TT declared "I'm fine" rather loudly. "Really." She forced a smile. "I just... couldn't believe Kit was killed. That's all".
