It's Torchwood. Supposedly.  Season 3 was the biggest mess I've ever watched on a TV screen, and I'm still hoping for someone to say, "just kidding, that didn't happen!!111!1!!"
Anyway, I love all the scripty words on that banner.  It's so pretty. _________________
