Clair de Lune (Claude Debussy)
it is absurd the number of times of have listened to this song. Suddenly I am obsessed with it though. Perhaps because I'm learning to play it.

"Disenchanted" - MCR
My iPod on shuffle is so ridiculous. Because it's like MCR, Opeth, A-ha, Soulja Boy, Faith Hill, Muse. Go. Haha. What?

Rose, Weaver at the Loom was most excellent. ...You're making me want to go on an iTunes buying spree.
"Nice Piece of Art" - FM Static

Yay! I'm glad you like them. I've just been trying to find great bands in which to buy. lol
"Nice Piece of Art" - FM Static
Me thinks I like this song. I'm not a huge FM Static fan, but I do think Trevor's voice is cute when he's all punk. Oh! How was the epic Skillet concert/work experience?

Trevor just writes some ridiculously cute songs for FM Static. He sang an FM Static song to his wife at their wedding. FM Static is happy music for me.
The Skillet concert/working was definitely an unforgettable experience. It was WAY different from just going to a concert normally, but it was fun in its own way, and INSANE. Selling stuff to 1000+ people in a few hours is crazy. I didn't get to actually talk to the band, but I spent a good deal of time with the violin player and the cello player who've been touring with them since early 2008 (the cello player is actually also the one who runs merch, so I spent a LOT of time with him). I'm still kind of trying to process the whole experience.

I can't even tell you how much I love "Definitely Maybe". That has to be one of the most cliche, adorable songs Trevor has every written. Have you checked out Owl City before? If you ever want music that sounds like cotton candy with sprinkles, Owl City will give you that, only with more sugar. haha
That's awesome! I can't image what it would be like to be around thousands of fans who are all dying to buy stuff at the same time. The violin and cello players are always so into the music when I see Skillet. I wish I could play the clarinet with that much passion along to rock music. I'm so happy you enjoyed the concert/selling spree.
"Pieces of my Heart" - Stephanie Smith
I really think she sounds like she's stealing her sound from Kelly Clarkson and P!nk. I love her voice, but it instantly reminds me of other artists.

I actually woke up with "Definitely Maybe" stuck in my head this morning-- LOVE that song! And YES, I love Owl City! My sister and I both listen to his stuff. I'm proud to say I've liked him for well over a year, since long before he got so ridiculously popular.
Yeah, it was pretty intense. But it was worth it.
"Light Up Ahead" - Further Seems Forever
This is the song Skillet always listens to before going on stage. LOVE it.

Really?? Oh my, I think we like the same music a little too much, if that's even possible. I discovered Owl City when iTunes featured Fireflies as their single of the week. I think it was back in August. Now everyone's all over his music, but at least I know I'm one of the fans who actually knows more than one of his songs.
I don't know if I've heard that Further Seems Forever song. I must look it up now.
