I had two Enchaladas I got from my butcher's display case. Being this is Oz, the sauce in them is way mild. So I unroll them and add some La Costena Mexican sauce, more grated cheese, and some fresh chopped jalapeno before rolling them back up. Yum!_________________ Hanasian
