How do you view all these changes in customer support? Everything used to be manual, but now the future of contact centers is being discussed with an emphasis on AI, analytics, and cloud solutions. What's more important to you: processing speed or personalized customer communication?

I remember working in customer service a few years ago, and everything felt so manual — from call routing to handling complaints. Today, when I see discussions about the future of contact centers , I realize how far things have come with AI, automation, and cloud platforms. It’s not about replacing people but giving them tools that make interactions faster and more personalized. That shift is shaping how businesses and customers connect in ways I never expected.
