I love it!! But yes, I also always cry at that sceene... Billy has such a wonderful voice though!!

no he didn't write the song himself, he got most of it out of FOTR, the song in chapter tree! he got most of the song from there! they just made the end: All shall fade, because it mached the scene, it really was away shall fade, if you look in the book!

Yep, that's right. After I saw the movie and was rereading FotR (yet again ) then I came across that part of the poem and was surprised. It was just funny to come across something like that when you're not expecting it at all.

I love that song. Billy Boyd did an awesome job of singing it and it fits perfectly with the scene in the movie. It's so beautiful .

OOOH! I LOVE THAT SONG!! I sing it over and over, and whenever i sing it in my tackshed, my horse comes over coz he knows that when i'm singing that song, i'm getting his dinner ready lol.
But i love it so much, i translated it to elvish, so i sing it through in english then i sing it again in Elvish, hehe. FUN!

I did that too, when I was reading FotR after I had seen RotK, I was like "Wow, that sounds familier!" lol. I think Billy Boyd did write the music, though.

Lol, I do the same thing. And every time, I jump when the orcs shoot their arrows. I don't think I'll ever learn.
