I had something in my eye earlier, too. Isn't annoying? Especially when there's something floating around and you know it's there (you even see it) but you can't get it out. Gah, sometimes I hate contacts...then I put my glasses on and remember why I wear them

Sometimes I wear my glasses when I'm sick, cause I might take a nap and that makes my contacts all blurry when I wake up, but I've used contacts for a few years and my glasses don't work as well now.

Hmmm.... what should I say? Maybe this will suffice.
I'm going to see the hockey tomorrow!!!!!
The commonwealth games are being held in Melbourne, my city!  I'm so happy! I'm going to the athletics on thursday, but I'm really excited about hockey. I'd been wanting to see a team sport, so my parents organised it as a surprise! I'm so excited! I've never been to a professional sports event of any kind before, so it will be really cool. 
*jumps round in little circles*

Can you tell I'm hyped?
I have to get up at before 6 in the morning though, cos it starts early. Seeing as I have rarely been up before 10am these hols, it could be quite a challenge.
