Gwen froze as the band suddenly stopped playing. She looked at Luthien, then at the band.
"Is something wrong?" She asked.
"Lady, we're really gettin' tired now! I case you haven't noticed, it's getting late -- like past our contract hours!"
Gwen was disappointed. But if the band was going to come back tomorrow, she shouldn't defend herself.
"Oh yes, it is late. Well, you can all pack up, and we'll see you tomorrow."
As soon as all of the reception staff had left for the night, Gwenneth went back to the table with Luthien to collect things to take home.
"We can't leave without the cake!"

Luthien was disappointed until Gwen mentioned the cake. "Oh yes, such a lovely thing would be wasted here. I'm sure our families would enjoy it at home." She scooped some into a large box, then plucked a rose from a table arrangement, and put in into her hair.

Curunir decided to a slight brake and sat down at a table wondering where he had putten his gun, but he had this odd feeling and the music was relly not his taste. Curunir then looked at EB and slapped himself quickly for no apparent reason.

Gwenneth returned to the Hall the following morning, eager to see the happy couples. She entered the room seeing the band setting up again (she waved to them), hearing the usual clatter from the kitchen as the chefs began cooking again, and finally her eyes lay upon Curunir, slapping himself.
"May I ask what you are doing?" She asked, almost coldly. Her eyes then scanned the room, making sure he hadn't brought his shotgun. "We don't need that whole ambulance episode again..." she said to herself.
