Well, you save the picture onto your computer (obviously)

Then you have to upload it onto the internet, for this, go to http://www.tinypic.com

Once you get to TinyPic, browse, find your picture, when you have found it, press Host Image.

Once the image has uploaded you will see three different codes, copy the one that says [IMG]

When you have done that, come to A-U and go to the forum's menu bar, go to your profile (next to private messages) and put the code into the little signature box, and voila! Your picture should appear!
