I agree with ya Chaleins of Norbury. I always liked that passage in the books. but it's also ok without it, it's just a detail..

Yeah they did a great job I think. The forest, just everything is so magical. It just fit's Caras Galadhon.

*agrees* I especially like Lorien in the EE, there are many more Lorien scenes and they all explain it much better thanthe theatrical version. It's so beautiful.

(FYI, Enya has a song on her Sheperd Moons CD that's named Lothlorien!)

I thought it was a little too blue. The giving of gifts - that part looked perfect, I thought, for Lothlorien. And when they first arrive was good too. But it needed more gold, and less blue.
