" Well I think my dad is out getting feed and ALex and her kids are out at a show. But ..." Shawn took the riens from Hailey and slowly cantered towards the first jump. Shawn wanted to see what the horse could do so he gave her her head.
She approched the jump and she turned off it.
" ok direct approch"
Shawn took her to a sngle pole jump and brought her in to a faster canter.
He came up to the jump and poked her with his spurs. Majesty went ionto a smooth jump over the jump. Shawn did the same with her on the five jumps

Hailey watched Shawn work with Majesty. "so..." she said, "how she at jumping? at whats her limit?"

" She was frazeled by the double. You might have to work on cobimbinations , but other than that she has great form. I need to se how high she can jump though."
Shawn dismounted and set the poles to as high as he could comfortably jump and remounted.
Majesty jumped beautifly. She onlty knocked the poles twice and only one bar came down

" Yeah thats about it Hai. Majesty is good with about anything. Oxers scare her and doubles baffle her. About like any other horse I've worked with , but what makes her special is that she is your horse."
Shawn scooted in closer to Hailey.

Hailey smiled. "yeah, Majesty is sometin. Thanks for seeing how she jumps. I don't think I could have done that." she said, and stepped closer to Shawn, and took Majesty's reins...

Shawn mounted day and cantered off towards the jumps again.
Shawn was a perfectionist when it came to jumping.
Do it right or dont do it at all ' he would say to himself.
