(Um, well none of us are too hot on the DMC script right now...maybe a slight alteration in the story. As in, you know who, dieing at the end, didn't happen, and the chase is still on?...What do the rest of ye gents think?)

[I'm good with it. I just got back from seeing DMC. utterly amazing. can't get the movie out of my head  it wouldn't be as fun if we quoted from the script anyway. I'll go with Pip if anyone else doesn't mind] _________________

(All right, I'll try my best...)
The Black Pearl floated across the dark ocean. The waves lapped up against it's black wood. Unfortunately, the ship had taken a beating. Torn and shredded near the starboard side and most of the sails gone from the monstrous Kraken.
How the Pearl had escaped it's destiny to be plunged into the sea and lost forever was a miraculous event.
As the last few moments of hope went out, and Jack stood on his ship, chained to the very thing he loved the most, a thick fog swallowed the Pearl in a sudden blow of wind, making nothing but thick white whisps of air visible to the eyes.
The Kraken, already not having the best of eyesight for a sea creature, had sank back into the dark oblivion not knowing where to attack, for the mist had sank below into the sea level as well.
Now, Jack stood, chained to the mast, watching the cold air infront of his face and hearing the eerie silence around that left him feeling sick.....

Lee watched from the row boat as the Black Pearl, the only place she ever felt like home...was about to be lost at sea.

Will waited sat in the lifeboat with Elizabeth, Mr. Gibbs, Cotton, Martey, and many other crew members of the Black Pearl. He waited in horror for the monstrous beast to attack, but it never came....or was at least taking a long time.
He bit his fingers anxiously. "How could Jack just stay there on his ship and try to act so brave? It's just not in him! This is just wrong!"
Will wiggled nervously in his seat, until finally he couldn't stand it any longer. "I must convince him to leave with us." Will stood up and dived over board. He swam as fast as he could toward the Black Pearl.
In the back of his mind though, he was thinking of that awful squid that could just be within a couple feet under his body. However, he pushed this idea away and focused back on Jack.
