Ooh, it must be boring to eat canned food, right? Well, if it's once in a while, it seems okay though but eating canned food everyday, it isn't nice. Hmm, why not try borrowing cook books from the library?
Hmm, i'll try to figure out what you can actually cook and i'll post it here!

Try buying Alfredo packages and read the cooking directions, they're quick, easy, and delicious!

this is a f.ex. & all depending on how hungry you are...ok?
1. take a medium sized bowl
2. a fork
3. frying pan on medium - hot (4...if you have a max 5 stove)
4. small amount of butter/magarine on the frying pan (tablespoon)
5. 3-4 eggs
6. ½ cup of milk
salt & pepper
mix/whip it together with the fork
7. pour onto the frying pan and stir (with a flat spatula) until there´s no more water...
(you can put ketchup on)
8. slice 4 tomatoes (remember the juice) lay them flat on a plate
9. take the olive oil....pour very lightly over the tomatoes
10. season with salt
( if you have hard parma cheese (not what you put on spaghetti) or mozzarella beef cheese....grate it on for extra taste)
11. eat bread
something quick....

Ooh i have a realy easy one with minimal risk of kitchen destruction!
1. Place two slices of bread on a plate
2. Using a knife, thickly spread peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, your choice) on one slice of bread
3. Using a clean kinfe or spoon, spread your choice of jam/jelly on the other slice
4. Put the two slices together with the peanut butter and jelly touching each other
5. Cut down the middle (or leave it whole), and enjoy!
Note: this may also be attempted with tortillas, bagels, or any other bread product.
Hope I helped!

You can always try stuff that's frozen then heat it, that's quick but anyway, try this:
French Bread Pizza (it's real nice!)
You will need a french bread stick (if you don't have one, any crunchy bread will do), tomato puree, cheese and whatever vegetables etc. you want on top
1. Take the french bread stick and slice it in half length-ways
2. Put the tomato puree onto the bread, make sure to spread it out evenly
3. Grate some cheese onto the top
4. Chop up your veges etc. and stick them on top of that
5. Put them on a tray with baking paper/greaseproof paper and stick them in the oven for 10 minutes (I don't know the temp. for them, so try what seems logic, and keep checking on them!)
6. Take out and eat
Quite quick and easy, hope this helps!

1/2 large head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 2 teaspoons dried
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it
Salt and pepper
Place lettuce in salad bowl and top with carrots and cherry tomatoes. In a bowl, combine vinegar and sugar, then whisk in tomato paste. Add tarragon leaves and whisk in oil in a slow, thin stream. Season dressing with salt and pepper, to your taste. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6 servings

^ Ummm... I think so. Try 10 minutes, and keep checking on them, that's all the advice I can give you! As soon as they start to turn black it's time to take them out of the oven... lol.
Good luck!

Oh yeah, I've been cooking for myself for a long time. I'm not exactly a master chef, but I've taught myself a few basic recipes for some yummy stuff to eat that's better than peanut butter and jelly or a sandwich! I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet, but try this:
You will need: 1 box of noodles. 1 tablespoon of salt. 1 can of parmasean cheese. 2 tomatoes of any kind (except cherry tomatoes). A bottle of olive oil. 1 handful of parsley (optional). A big appetite!
1. Heat up some water in a pot until it boils (doesn't really matter how much).
2. Add about a tablespoon of salt.
3. When the water boils, add some noodles (as much as you think you can eat) until they are soft.
4. Put the noodles in a strainer over the sink and drain the water out of them, then put them in a bowl.
5. Depending on how many noodles you make, pour some olive oil over the noodles until the top is well covered (if you have a big mound of noodles, run the oil over them twice).
6. Sprinkle some parmasean cheese on top until it covers it as well, or any kind of powdered cheese you want.
7. Dice up the tomatoes and sprinkle them on top.
8. Chop up the parsley until it is fine, then sprinkle it on the noodles as well.
9. Mix up, serve hot. Add any more/less ingredients that may taste better. Mmmmm!
