^i can do that banner!
and as for your explaination needed, i'll do it step by step--
1. save the image onto your computer
2. get an account with www.photobucket.com
3. go to your album and browse your computer for the image
4. wait for it to upload then it will appear below the browsing box-thing
5. underneath the image there will be 3 boxes with codes, the last one should say IMG copy it
6. go to A-U and go to your profile to edit it-paste and there you have a banner in your sig
