Homework! this is the sole largest thing that prevents me from getting on AU. The next thing is parents either hogging the computer, putting limits on my comp time, or banning me from it outright. Grr.

Homework is evil ... Most nights I can only get 2 hours of sleep because of homework.

Homework isn't that bad as long as you know how to manage it. If it is something that is repetitive or busy work, however, I have to restrain my self from making a bonfire with all of the homework. The main thing that restricts me from going on is my mother who thinks everything I do is somehow going to get me into a pedophile's house. Interesting enough, when my brother goes on the computer (since the computers are within feet of each other) and goes on Myspace, my mother turns a blind eye. And it is only me who enforces the ban of using his picture online. The family situation is a reverse Steward of Gondor situation (father is gone, mother like younger child more than older)

^Oh wow, interesting.
I hide in my room and use my compy here, so that pretty much works for me.
And Caunion WHERE did you get that colour, that's like my favourite colour in the whole world.

Oh, poor you! That's terrible but you shouldn't think that you know, maybe it's because your mother cares more for your well being than your brother that she's more strict.

Actually now I think about it, it's probably because I argue more and a bit, well, more independent than my mother would like. I'm not really a rebel though

heheh...my mother is exactly the same, everytime im talking on aim she is spying on my conversation and reading over my shoulder, she doesnt let me sleep over anywhere because there might be men in the house *cougheveryonesgoingtorapeyoucough*(i always notice there are two types of men in the house....the 99 year old grandpa and the 3-year-old....BEWARE!)....of course i have no siblings my age to compare to....but she is really strict....the worst thing is my older brother....he is even more strict than my mother...

Awww, yeah, but Mornie, I guess she just...doesnt want you to get raped...lol.
and I can totally understand why she wouldn't let you sleep over MY house anyways. *cough18-year-oldbrotherscough*
By the ways, as you can see, I've found my new color, and shall become my trademark, I hope it's not Haldir's (tell me if it is, Haldy) lightblue

The perfect subject to bring up! First on the list is coursework of course, followed by dance, followed by church. Dance and church functions aren't that often, but when they are they tend to last 2 or so hours, especially ballet. I love both of them, but sometimes I get stressed because I've got coursework at home waiting to be done.
