Pointing to all the little squares on the waffle, he said that a guy's mind had compartments. "This one's for my parents, this one's for my dog, this one's for school, this one's my friends, this one's for TV, and this one's for when I'm lying around and doing nothing, which is very important." lol! Guys focus on the squares that they're good at, and avoid the one's they're not so good at.

But we girls... "Everything is connected." he said very mysteriously. Kelly says hi to Kristi in the hall which reminds of her of last week when Jenny said hi to her. The stupid flirt. Why does she always have to walk around with her chest thrown out, and it's not like I've noticed that she doesn't bother keeping her distance from my boy friend. And speaking of Mark, how come he didn't notice my haircut? He commented on Kristi's skirt, when I wore the same one last week -- he didn't say anyting to me then!

So, yeah. I think most boys are kind of baffled by this. I don't blame you guys! In Chad's book, he goes, "You girls communicate in a very mysterious and cool way. I usually can't follow it, but when I do, it's cool." Haha.

I agree, my brain is like a waffle.

And I would _so_ blow up a car if I could. (ie doesn't cost me anything, doesn't hurt anyone, done legally)

I think the compartmentization thing is part of why conversation is hard. Normally it takes me a while to find another square of information to talk about after I exhaust one. Unless I'm hyper; then I just jump around randomly.

hey everyone! Haven't been here in a while, but I have a question for the the guys and girls if they can figure this out-

ok i like this guy I just met over the summer cuz of band-he's also in my math class...In band my friends point out at least one every two days that he's staring at me, but it's become more of a thing recently, just the other day 2 of my friends told me he was staring at me at different times as well--then he always talks to me in math class and cuz he sits right next to me i can see him out of my periferal vision and i caught him staring at me once and i'm happy, but im not sure if he likes me...all i know in this situation is i really like him and im scared he doesn't like me and he's sending mixed signals

I'm not really sure what to tell you, NMD. As cool as it would be to know what he's thinking, it's impossible, so don't try. Just wait for him to act next, I guess. Be as bold as you feel comfortable...talk to him as much as you want to. Make sure he's not attracted to something you aren't, though.

Methinks he'll make a move soon if he likes you, and from what I'm hearing, he does. But it'll get annoying real fast if he continues to lay around in this gray-state. He's gotta make up his mind. You wouldn't want to be in a relationship with a guy like that, anyway, would you?

Usually, when a guy stares at you, it doesn't mean he likes you. I stare at several girls and I have no interest in them. This is, at least, what I think. Just play the waiting game. Give the poor guy at least two weeks and if he doesn't do anything, just assume he thought you were eye-catching.

I do not know NMD, I stare at always girls even if she is not really my type but I do stare. And that does not mean I love them just try to have a fancy. But if the guy is talking to you, then that means he is up to something. Keep in mind that if you want to.
