DELIRIUM
What is it that you are after?
With this sophistacated laughter?
It's only educated blokes,
Who laugh at educated jokes.
What is it you're trying to gian?
By undergoing all this pain?
It's only those with hearts like ice,
Who don't take others' good advice.
You don't remember what we did?
Before you went away and hid?
It's only those who now are gone,
Who noticed that you never won.
Who can say now where you are?
Or this time, have you gone to far?
It's everything you truly lack,
And where you are you can't come back.
Wrapped in gold, enthroned in lace,
You hide behind that painted face,
So tell us what it is you're after,
By this refined, but senseless laughter.
