Aye, newbies join everyday, so there are plenty for you to help. I say, if your up for two, go for it! 
Concerning the WotM list- I think we should start some kind of archive. If someone could give me the list of WotM's for 2006, I would gladly create a Word doc for it that people could open from this page. Then, we can post all of our WotM's for this year underneath the link.

I don't see why not.. I mean, if it won't cause any hurt feelings that is. I won't try to pick based on who's won before of course. It's all one how often and well you welcome, your enthusiasm, commitment, etc.
