He does indeed say it. When he said it...I kind of had a mini fangirl freak out. Okay, not "mini"... I definately freaked my roommate out. Ha ha ha!! It was sort of bizarre and as Phoenix said, a bit surreal watching him. I was waiting him to whip out the sonic screwdriver or start talking about bananas...or just waiting to see the TARDIS. No such luck, sadly. Just as crazy and eccentric though.

It really was a surreal moment. I completely fell for him as Claude. Having Chris in my fave show is simply FANTASTIC!

Yeah. I'm going to start watching Heroes just for him.
I finally went onto You-Tube and watched the Friday Night Project with David Tennent. That is some funny stuff. What song was played after David made the comment that "Tony Blair has been quite about Suddam for awhile, but he finally said this" *cue music and a very scrummy lip-sincing David* Ths song sounds so familiar.

*pokes head in and hopes no one has noticed her absence*
Oh bother it, I missed painting a johnny-on-the-spot. Well I'm STILL going to do it, haha! If I could only find one... buggger...
OH, and I'm also about to start petitioning BBC America to have a Dr. Who marathon.

Nauriel, wasn't that show amazing?! I'll never get the image of those two men...in their undies...out of my head.
I had the same question about that song as you did. For some reason I thought of...oh, never mind.
FM!!! YAY! "johnny-on-the-spot"?!!! OH dear. *falls on floor laughing. That's just as good as Port-A-Loo!!! I'll join you in your petioning BBC America...although, as it stands now, I don't have it...but if my mother got satellite....
Oh, so, I watched Ruby In The Smoke on Sunday. With Billie Piper! YAY! I enjoyed it! Ha ha ha! There were a couple moments where I was expecting her to start shouting "DOCTOR!" *shakes head in shame*
OH! And guess what?! There was another fellow from Doctor Who in the show. He was the guy who played Lance in The Runaway Bride. Ha ha ha! And then I saw an ad for like next week's...or some other Masterpiece Theatre sometime soon...something about Dracula...and it had the woman who played Reinette/Madame Pompadour in "The Girl In The Fireplace"!! Ha ha ha!

^ yeah, we seem to have a very limited group of tv actors over here, so there are always all sorts of random connections like that. like the guy playing dracula in the version you just mentioned (which, btw, is shockingly bad and not at all related to the boook) is marc warren, who was the guy keeping the video diary in the episode with the abzorbaloff. plus, at the same time that dracula aired over here, there was a drama starring christopher eccleston over on itv.

NO way!!! Marc Warren! Oh my god, I love that man!!! Ha ha ha! He was in GSH!!! In which I had a heart attack...which I'm sure you can read about a while back.
Well, I suppose it's a good thing I've never read any Dracula *hides from evil glares*. They did an alright job with Ruby In The Smoke. Can't fit EVERYTHING in in 1 1/2 hours.

Marc Warren was awesome in Hustle ^^ Dracula was just plain weird. I had no idea what was going on at any one point.

Marc Warren was pure love in Hogfather as Mr Teatime, but I never saw dracula or hustle.
On the subject of actors, apparently John Barrowman is gonna play the next bond villain! A movie with John Barrowman and aston martins!

Ha! Ha ha ha! That's insane! I never saw the newest Bond movie...although, I was tempted to...never had a chance. Well...what's funny, is I can see John as a villian. Oooh....and a pretty one at that! How exciting! Maybe I will see the new Bond flick!!!!
Yay for Doctor Who connections!

Um, yeah, when I was doing Civil War reenacting, the reenactors all called them "johnny-on-the-spots", so I picked up the quaint southern term.
Aww! Poor you! We don't have cable either, but I walk half a mile every week down to our neighbors, and they let me borrow their couch and TV and kosher pickles for the hour! But I'd really like a marathon... so I could get Dr. Who prickles up my back, and go all googgly-crazy-eyed.

I love marathons, my dvd player upstairs gets lots of use! I've just had a 6 hour Greys Anatomy one actually And yes, I know it's unhealthy, especially when I'm due to be trekking Madagascar next year, but I love TV too much! I've only ever had a 3 hour Doctor Who marathon, I need to beat that record...
And no Wingfoot, Daniel Craig is mine too. You have all your footballers

I just watched Doctor Who last night. It was the Dctor Dances episode. That's one of my favorite. I love the banana dialogue.

Pssh...Grey's Anatomy. Hee hee hee! Well, I was really first introduced to Doctor Who through a marathon. It was on Sci Fi last fall. It was like all 13 episodes of the first series....I suppose leading up to the premiere of the second series. And I remember, seeing all the ads, and being on here (AU) and you lot all freaking out about Doctor Who...and so I figured I'd check it out. I didn't watch all the episodes. And I certainly didn't understand much of what was going on...but I remember I caught parts of Father's Day...and The Empty Child...and The Doctor Dances...and Bad Wolf...and The Parting Of The Ways...Mmmm.....I know all that now because I have since had my own Doctor Who marathon. Ha ha ha! With the series one DVDs. And I have since dubbed "Father's Day" my favourite of series one.
I miss watching Doctor Who on Friday evenings on Sci Fi....*sigh* Mmmm....maybe I should petition Sci Fi.
