I can't really comment Personally, I have no problem with it (though no personal experience) but I'd prefer it if couples kept some of what they do to their own time, without me around. makes me a little uncomfortable sometimes :S

Aye, I've no probably with a bit of kissing, that is if it's not full blown snogging. I'd prefer it if people would wait til I'm not standing right next to them to do their bit of snogging, or else they should get a room. Sometimes kissing can be a bit excessive... it should be a heartfelt thing, not something you do out of boredom.

Kissing should be kept for after marriage, not before....

Kissing is OK in private, but I hate it when I see PDAs left and right at school.

I agree with Larael; it should be a heart felt thing.

Now, I really have a question now. There's this boy named Jordan in the grade above me who I like, and think he likes me, but last night at a baseball fund raiser Jordan was in, things kind of went screwy.

I went so I could talk to Jordan, but I met a girl in my class there, conveniently named Jordyn. Jordyn figured out that I liked Jordan and ran up to him after the fundraiser was over screaming that I did and asked if he liked me. All he said was "I don't know"

I didn't even get to speak to him all because of her! and to top it off I said "Go away, Jordyn!" and he looked at me funny.

I was so mad I wanted to go find one of the baseball bats, which were in no short supply, and take it to Jordyn's head. Unfortunately, she's WAY bigger than me, and I'm not stupid.

I've never been that embarrassed in my life! and now I don't know what to say to him on monday! Please my more experienced friends, a little help!

I definitely think you should talk to Jordan about this, maybe explain your actions [or rather the actions of Jordyn]. Just take a deep breath and confront him when he's not busy or being hounded by his friends. If he tries to avoid you, I'd let things lie for a while. He'll eventually come out of his shell when he feels more comfortable.

I hate waiting. *pout* My mom seems to think that he'll try to find me on monday, I believe her exact words were "If you're thinking about it this much, he probably is too; he'll try to find you."

This whole thing just seems so messy to me. Jordan's older brother was there when Jordyn started blabbing, and I know for a fact that Chris, the brother, likes me and thinks I'm pretty.

Ooh, this is more complicated than I thought. But I would trust what your mum says. If you're this worried about it, then Jordan must be too. Just take a breather and try not to worry too hard. Wait for him to seek you out, or go for him yourself.

I suppose I will take a breather. lol! I don't have much choice, do I?

I'm really not so much concerned about Jordan, because he's confessed to liking me before, but I'm more concerned about my friends and the other people at school. Jordyn has probably told everyone by now, and my friends will bother me for ages because I didn't tell them.

With friends like mine, we don't need enemies, nor does anyone want to be our enemy. lol!

My my Curran! You certainly have a bit of a prob on your hands!

1.) I don't think you should seek him out. Guys are supposed to do the pursueing(sp?), not the girls.

2.) Let this blow over. I so totaly guarantee you that it will in a few weeks if everyone just lets things cool down.

3.) Your "friends" shouldn't be bothering you just because you didn't tell them that you liked this boy. If this Jordyn girl starts spreading lies about you, completly ignore it !

There is a really good book called "Mean Girls: Facing Your Beauty Turned Beast" by Hayley DiMarco, that is so totaly awesome for dealing with that kind of stuff. Don't try to fight back-it will only make things worse. Just ignore it and it will go away. Honestly. When you're 25 or something this so won't matter.

Talking from a guys point of veiw; he'll probably seek you out. I know I would (though I'd have to dig deep to find the courage), especially if you mean anything to him. He'll probably come and seek you out anyway, to clear up the whole incident, and make sure everything ok between you, and that nothing was misunderstood.

And with regards to rumours and stuff, just blank them. Any show of emotion, whether it be embarassment or anger, will just encourage people to keep saying things. It'll blow over, and in a few weeks, nobody will remember anything's happened. I've seen it a thousand times.

Thanks for your advice, it helped.

As for how it worked out? On monday, I will have been "going out" with Jordan for a week.

I think it worked out just fine.
