Congratulations to you, Curran.
As for questions, I have this one. You've probably heard of the Nazi Regime. What you might not have heard of is the White Rose, which was an anti-Nazi group. One of the members was Sophie Scholl, who was caught distributing anti-Nazi letters. After trying to deny her crime, she confessed after hearing that his brother confessed but refused to betray the other members. My question to you what if an oppressive totalitarian regime was in power of the country you lived in. Would you raise your voice and stand against it?

I have heard of the White Rose movement, actually, and did a report on it last year for school. I really want to see the movie Sophie Scholl: The Final Days - she's one of my biggest heroes.
As for what she did - well, I certainly hope I would be able to. I certainly wouldn't do it publicly - that would get me exectuted in about five seconds. But starting an underground, trying to infiltrate the system, those are things I would definitely try be involved in. _________________ <center> all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us

Nicely said question Frostie, unfortuntaley, I'm not quite sure how to answer. I do know who Sophie Scholl is and I definitely admire her for the amazing things she has done, however I don't exactly know if I'd be able to stand up and go against such a powerful and influential group of people. It's hard enough organising a support group that would rally behind you, and it'd be hard to actually infiltrate the "enemy". I'm also concerned about my lack of courage. I don't think I'd have enough guts to actually speak out in such a powerful way.
@ Memory: Oh dear, what a disappointment, and what a complete jerk. It was definitely right of you to break up with him. Now only time can heal the hurt.

It's just so infuriating! He was the only boy in the world who could break my heart and that's what he did!
I've decided that I'm not going to be in exclusive relationships anymore. It's too much pressure at my age. I'm just going to talk to people and save the dating until later in high school and college.
No more boyfriends for me! Only friendboys!

Caunion, yes I would speak out against a regime. Secretly or maybe publicly if I felt led to do so, but most certianly secretly-infiltration, underground- stuff like that. My science teacher told me that I should just remember I'm better than that, and to just throw it off. She did all these funny little hand gestures and said that. It made me laugh right through my tears.
