I guess I should consider myself lucky for not having a better bow then... it's always much easier to got he other way!
I know I'd soon get used to a heavier bow, but I still don't have good places to practise and it would just make me unbearably sad to sit indoor and be looking at a great bow that demands wide open land!!

My bow came back from the shop, and my dad bought me the new arrows I needed.

How about yours?
Mine was nineteen originally, but it was way too light. Not quite insanely, but close, lol. Now it's twenty three. Or it was, anyway... *scowls*

^^Really? That's crazy! I don't know, I really liked the Galadhrim bows, but the Legolas one was pretty neat. I might be able to convince my parents to buy me one for my birthday, but I can guarantee you, I'll never see allowance again if I do, lol!

My Archery club is having a huge get-together thing today for long bows and recurves shooters. I'm going to see if I can try out a long bow.

Oo very cool! I love recurve bows. Good luck with the longbow
I had an invitational tournament at our place the other day and another team came over to compete with us... my total score was awful; 217/300 in ten rounds. Wasn't my fault though... I got two needles the day before that. One shot on each arm

Thats to bad.
Well, I didn't get to shoot the long bow, but I did get to shoot the Recurve on a 3D course. It was really awesome. And I found out that I'm a left hand shooter, even though I shoot right handed on my compound.
