Oh gosh that's narsty... I definitely don't look forward to the scarring. My own brackets are already starting to scrape my mouth. And I popped one loose by biting into a little bit of cereal!

 no problem. i popped one off with a chip, and another one just... fell off... on its own...
yea and i hate it when the inside of your mouth or your tongue gets caught in the braces, hurts... very much :cries:

My sister had some sort of bite plate the first three months she had braces. And she couldn't take it off for anything, which really annoyed her, it was hard to eat.

yep. food often gets stuck, and its not very pretty to have a mouthful/teethful of food after lunch or whatever other meal...
well just wish you get the braces off soon, and ur sis.

mwahahahaha i'm not going to have them. My mum wanted me to get them, but the brace people said i didn't need them medicaly, and so i could get them but for £200...so i didn't get them. My mums idia's about beuty didn't streach that far.

it costs way more... for me. (well, w/o insurance anyway)
i think it cost like 3000 dollars... but im not sure if its just the braces or everything...
