I don't mind blood.
Just yesterday I got a cut on my food from when some glass shattered. No glass went in, but it was gushing blood. Covered the bottom of my toe as well as the top.

I just play volleyball on a sand court with shells and rocks (thus the shell in foot and sprained knee, as well as the split toe),
