So...about the ball planning here. I know the first page or so we came with some stuff, I think we should start making a list here.

Ah, thanks Elenriel. That's a pretty good list so far. I am guessing we would have the dance floor on the ground since I think we have a few difficluties trying to put a decent sized one in the trees.

I like that list--does everyone think the five threads will be adequate? I can't think of any other neccessary threads. 
As for names, there are the ones I suggested earlier...any other ideas? "The Gazebo" Could be for chatting, I suppose, though that doesn't sound very Elvish.  "The Gardens" could be self-explanatory, as could "The Dance Floor". What about eating? "The Banks of Anduin", "The treetops", and "The Mirror of Galadriel" don't sound food-related. Any ideas? Maybe "The Treetops" or "The Mirror of Galadriel" could serve for chatting instead of "The Gazebo." _________________ <center> all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us

Yes, I'm planning that after each thread title we will put what it's purpose is in parentheses.
(Ex: The Gardens [Peaceful Relaxation/Discussion] or The Treetops [Chatting and Silliness] or The Banks of Anduin [Main Entrance/Greetings])

Nope. We could use the Banks of Anduin, I guess, or something else. Does anyone remember what Haldir calls the forest he takes the fellowship into in FotR? I can't remember, and it's reeeally bugging me. Maybe we could use that place for greetings?

Errr...I remember he brings them to the Cerin Amroth but I am not sure of anywhere else. That's all I can think of at the top of my head. I haven't read the book in a long time. I do not know if that's what you were thinking.
