Caunion and Helena walked around the entrance hall with no one paying them the slightest attention. Helena had the impression she could smash one of those glass decorations and no one would notice.
"We're being ignored, aren't we?" Caunion pointed out with a hint of indifference.
Helena simply nodded and with a swift motion, grabbed five crystal orbs from a hanging branch. She tossed two of them towards Caunion and they began to juggle.
"You know," Caunion struggled to say as he caught and threw the fragile objects. "I'm really bad at.."
One of the crystal orbs soared through the air and briefly nicked Caunion's left hand before falling on to the floor with a crash.
"Juggling," Caunion finished lamely. He gazed ruefully at the shattered orb, not wanting to look into the eyes of the staring patrons and staff.
"Well," Helena said, giggling. "At least we won't be ignored anymore, butterfingers."

and then takes off his cloak and hides it to avoid it being eaten.

"Nice to see you too,Aerlinniel and Finrod. You best find you horse, I don't know Celeborn or Haildar to well," she paused trying to hide the giggles that were trying to escape from her. "Well anything is food to a horse, she can't be in to mcuh truble though. Make sure she dose find Celeborn's cloak, that would be a good laugh but make sure it's not Haldir's cloak at all." She said, now after somewhat composing herself, she turned to Elrond, "How about we go to the very quiet treehouse, with the tons of books." She suggested.

"Do you see Tur or Scott anywhere?" Elenya asked Peter, still scanning the room.
He shook his head. "No, not yet. I'm sure they'll get here soon."
"Well, we might as well talk to someone else." Elenya said. Spotting a couple nearby, she stepped towards them. They were juggling, oddly enough. One of the man's orbs smashed the ground. Elenya glanced at Peter. "You could have caught that."
He shrugged. "I don't want to make people nervous. Spider-man usually doesn't show up at an Elvish ball."
Elenya smiled and stepped up to the couple. "Hi, I'm Elenya. This is Peter." She would have offered to shake hands, but didn't want to cause anymore glass ornaments to break.

" That does sounds like a marvellous idea Brego. Any of you guys wanna join us then?" said elrond to the rest of the party.
"Heya Caunion, great to see ya mate !!" shouted elrond to caunion.

"What is going on?"then she looked at the horse."Oh,my!"
"What.."said Beleg who came after Elen.

Caunion was taken aback when someone came up to him. "Ah hello, Elenya and Peter," Caunion greeted. "I'm Caunion and this is Helena. She's my plus one." Then a stern looking Elf handed Caunion a dustpan and a broom, an obvious order. Grumbling slightly, Caunion began to sweep up the mess amidst Helena's light giggles. Someone shouted out his name but unfortunately Caunion was too busy.
"Someone called your name," Helena said in a singsong voice.
"Shout 'Caunion says hello, whoever you are, and I'll come to him later'," Caunion muttered as he swept the last piece into the dustpan. "Never mind. I'll say hello myself." He handed the dustpan and broom to the Elf and excusing him and Helena, they went to find the source of the shout who was no other than Elrond.
"Elrond, my old friend," Caunion said happily. "Elrond, this is Helena. Helena, Elrond."

Elenya smiled at both of them, then watched as they made their way off through the crowds. "Well, we talked to some people." she said to Peter. Should we go look around somemore?"
"Sure." They made their way out the door.

FM, more recently known by Megil, came tripping in joyously, before stopping to survey the scene with something of a gasp caught in her throat. She nudged her escort, Benjamin Linus in all his glory, happily.

“It’s so pretty!”

The corner of his mouth turned up slightly, and he nodded.

"Sure doesn't sound that way does it." Eru replied "I think we should find someone to talk to" she said as they walked through the crowd, "don't want people to think we are anti-social.
