*Walks in with a defibulator* Live, PR! Live!! Sorry about that... I was at my cousin's house. I was going to tell you, but the internet didn't work. Grrrrrr!))
Fearan bowed in return. "I will gladly except your offer." He said softly. "We need as many hands as possible."

Deawen jumped up from her spot as gracefuly as a cat she stood next to Fearan. " good now we can eat!" Deawen announced.

Turwaithiel burst out laughing. Yet she quickly regained her posture and said, "Sorry." But, she was still grinning.

"Hold on, Deawen, it'll be awhile longer. Unless you want to eat swamp grass?" Fearan chuckled. He turned back to Cora. "We will escort you to camp, where you can dine with us if you wish. Our fares are meager, but at least its food" He turned towards camp. "Now Cora, please tell me of your journey and why you wish to join us. I'd like to learn more about you."

Deawen didnt' wait she dashed back to the camp grabbed her cooking pot and began to rummage through the saddlebags in search of food to cook. she found some dried deer meat and a loaf of stale bread in her saddle bags. she put water to boil then began to tear the meat into pieces. she found her herb box and added the seasonings to the water letting it simmer awhile. by the time it was finished Deawen was pleased with herself making exactly enough for everybody to have first and seconds.
Deawen pulled out several wooden spoons and bowls she ladeled few bowls then helped herself to the soup.

(Yes indeed, welcome back, Nauriel! )
"I shall be honored, Lord Fearan," Cora spoke with a light bow of her head. "I have need for very little, for travels have demanded such meager appetites in many, not only myself, yet I am grateful for whatever is offered."
As she was being spoken to, her glance rested on Fearan briefly before looking to observe the camp. In a quiet and even voice, she answered Fearan’s questions while her light-green gaze watched Deawen sprint away, perhaps with slight amusement in her fair expression. “My journey is of many tales, yet the recent has brought rumors of your efforts. To be simple in words, I am a wanderer, not one to remain in a place for a great length of time. I dedicate my efforts to those in need for I am capable of such, by grace of the Valar.”

Turwaithiel also listened to her story, walking on the other side of Cora. She nodded at the last sentence and smiled slightly.

(*Is back*. That should be the last of my vacations, so I won't be missing any more big chunks of RPing)
Fearan nodded in graditude. "We need all the help we can get. In this battle, every hand makes a difference." They entered the camp, picking thier way threw lines of tents. "We have an extra tent, should you need it" He said. "And an extra mount. I see you do not have one" He motioned to the group of stout horses. They were small steeds prized in these marches for thier sure-footedness.

" except this one here, Bredol He Is my steed won't let another rider on 'em " she announced to Cora throwing her head back slightly pointing to the chestnut horse with flaxen mane and tail. Out of all the horses Bredol was the smallest but well gaited.

((If you can find a way to bring in your character, go for it! I'd love to get more people involved.))
Fearan patted a dappled grey stallion. "If need be, you will ride him. His owner was recently killed in battle, but he will serve any who rides him well. His mouth is still soft, so be gentle with the reigns" The horse stamped his foot and whikered, as if in greeting to his new rider.

Deawen let out a sigh a shadow passed over her face for a moment " he was an excellent fighter and a fair rider...always loved a good joke " Deawen said quietly stirring the stew again, the rider she talked about was the the fallen warrior, the two were thick as thieves always getting into trouble, and when he died Deawen fell ill it took her a few days to smile let alone talk, but she had a duty to follow. Deawen saw her companions as Family each a brother or sister, and the Death of a brother was not taken lightly by Deawen but her nature made her playful and whimsical even in the hardest times she considered herself the Baby of the family being the youngest.

Turwaithiel walked over to a white mare and stroked her mane passionately. "This is my mare, Tathar. If you find no other horses to your liking, I am sure she will let you ride her, even though I have raised her since she was a foal."

"I shall do with what is given me, I assure you. We as elves find ourselves able to bond with many a creature, is that not true?" Cora replied with a brief smile as she stroked a slender though battle-strong hand down the neck of the grey stallion. "I assure you, I shall treat this horse with gentleness, in the memory of his fallen master."
