"Control of the seas?" Will repeated with Beckett's tone, "Of course..." He breathed in deeply and slowly took a step backward on the soft carpeted rug beneath his feet.
William had sensed Jack's Sparrow's urgency in his mind and the confermation that his wife was safe.... now was the time to move.....Beckett did not intend on sitting around to chat...
His eyes shifted to the large curtained window in the corner of the room, silently searching for any sign of the Dutchman....however, there was nothing to be seen...besides the advancing Lord and pistol...
"It's does seem that our negotiations have come to an end, Lord Beckett. However, it is unfortunate that we did not come to an agreement or conclusion together," he said as he backed his way into the doorframe of the office. Pausing for a moment, his eyes narrowed and he bowed his head, with his eyes looking to Beckett, "Good night, my Lord. It was a pleasure." He smirked pridefully and then left the office, walked briskly down the adorned hallway, and out the front door.

"Is he away?" Beckett inquired tonelessly a few minutes after Turner had disappeared from his office.
Mercer stepped in from the hallway and bowed shortly. "Yes, milord. I saw to it that 'e got away cleanly an' without confrontation."
"Good. And our fastest ship is prepared to tail them?"
Mercer nodded again. "Yes, milord."
"Excellent." Beckett smiled imperceptibly and poured another half a glass of brandy. "And now, Mr. Mercer, we wait."

Once Will's feet were back on the gravel dirt road of Port Royal's streets, his pace quickened. He never once looked back over his shoulder, for his thought was set on simply reaching the sea and meeting Elizabeth.
After a few minutes, twisting and turning through various roads and streets, he led himself to the port where he and his father had orginally separated, when setting out to their diverse plans.
With a quick dash forward, his boots hit the cold salty water with a splash, and soon enough, his entire body was submerged under water.
William's eyes barely blinked before he found himself back aboard the Dutchman. It felt strange...almost like a dream.... However, soon enough, his eyes met those of Elizabeth, and runnning to her, they embraced.
"Elizabeth," Will said with his eyes closed as he caressed her hair softly, "Are you all right? Did Beckett harm you?" He looked deep into her eyes and placed both hands on her shoulder.

"No, no," said Elizabeth breathlessly, searching Will's eyes herself. Without hesitating a moment longer she flung her arms around his neck and kissed him, entirely unashamed as to who might be looking on. "What did Beckett say?" she asked as soon as her lips were free again, scanning him up and down as if to make completely sure he wasn't hurt. "He didn't let you just walk out?"

The familiar warmth of Elizabeth's embrace and the softness of her lips comforted Will. It was good to know that she was safe and especially calming knowing the child was unharmed.
As their lips parted, his hand slid to her midsection, as he touched it softly, "It doesn't matter....all that matters is that you and the child are safe."
Smirking, William answered the last of Elizabeth's question, with a growing smile across his face, "Surprisingly, Beckett did allow me to walk out, but of course not without some sort of pressure." Placing his other hand to her cheek, he re-assured her, "But don't worry...everything will be all right."

"What?" Piped Jack with a quirked brow that read a good deal of confusion across his pulled expression.
"Q.E.D. Beckett does not allow certain innocent bystanders to just turn and walk away William. I know that stouty feculent maggot better than that." Captain Jack was in a state of puzzlement and he continued to dance his hands in the air and tap his chin to himself, for he did not understand this at all.
"There's more to this, says I. We best be on the move mates." He said this with a nod and a voice coated with eagerness, before he bustled himself away from the company in a hurry to settle orders with the crew of The Flying Dutchman.

((I'm here, I promise. Long story short, school is evil. I'll keep posting as much as I can, but don't freak out if I don't post for several days at a time. And I'm going to let Pip bring the Dutchman group back in.))
Barbossa was growing restless. The storm had at long last relented enough for the Pearl to set sail once more, and they had been docked in Shipwreck Cove for two days now. Captain Sao Feng had only just made port yesterday, and Mistress Ching a mere four hours ago, but most of the other Pirate Lords had already arrived. The only one they still lacked was, predictably, Jack Sparrow.
Though it had been agreed that the Court would not convene until all nine Lords were present, Barbossa could sense that the others shared in his impatience. The city of Shipwreck was by no means small, but the collective crews of eight pirate ships were enough to overrun any port, especially when one took into account the various rivalries between the different nationalities and the Pirate Lords themselves. Already there had been a fistfight between Chevalle and Villanueva, petty arguments between the different crews, alleged thefts of varying nature, a deadly fight that had resulted from one of Joccard's men attempting to woo Sao Feng's assistant, Lian, and more barroom brawls than could be counted.
United though they may have been by the Code, one did not confine nearly two-hundred pirates of varying nationalities and allegiances in a single port together for extended periods of time and not expect for there to be a good deal of tension. If the crews did not find an outlet soon, they would be practically eating each other alive in no time.

Sailing into the dark, orange tinted land of Shipwreck Cove and gliding along the thick, black waters was the belly of The Flying Dutchman.
The air was stifled with silence, but it was drizzled with meak groans from the settling ships. Ships that had come from distant lands, traveled different seas, and survived the angry storms that were upon them. Though, their history mattered not anymore, for they all dwelled in the same place now, and all had created another part to Shipwreck Cove.
Jack Sparrow gazed at the port coming near and ordered to drop anchor. Looking ahead and listening, he found that he could already hear the crazed arguments that were to come. . .all on his behalf.
Grunting his breath sharply, he lowered a hand from his chin braids and spat out to the crew quickly, "No worries mates. Just stay here aboard the ship and try not to do anything, stupid." At the word 'stupid' Jack made sure and gave the whelp a threatening glance.

William's gaze shifted from the enormously constructed 'Shipwreck Cove' to Jack's outlined black eyes. He had heard that statement before and knew that it was directed toward him and him alone.
Narrowing his vision with a slight look of distaste, Will crossed his arms across his chest, "So, we just stay here while you take care of matters, is it?"

Jack nodded his head with a lazy glimmer in his eyes. "Now yer comin' to it! Well said!"
He smiled a golden shine, said his temporary farewells to the crewmembers of The Flying Dutchman and then saunted towards the ramp. Though, not five strides down, he suddenly paused.
Jack shuddered as he took back what could've been a very bad mistake. Gingerly, he stepped back onto the deck, danced his hands about and turned towards the direction of Bootstrap Bill.
A guilty look washed over Jack's face and he sat quiet, glancing over at his travelling companions. The Dutchman's lanterns caught his eyes as he began calculating the way to work around the haunting 'once very ten years' curse.
"Mister Turner!" Spat Jack to Bootstrap, "Seek out two pails!" Seeing slight hesitation in the man's face he added, "Now!"
