Going to pick up my tickets for the gig on Saturday. I'm not taking any risks of it selling out before I do.

In that link there's a good clip of Sacrament of Wilderness and a shorter clip of Ever Dream. She can do it, she is doing it and she is amazing with her take on the songs. No-one can sing like Tarja and we shouldn't expect Anette to either. They're both brilliant singers in there own merit.


Ah Wenchy..I had to put my ticket purchase on hold. As now it appears I have a babysitter for Monday so me and Mr P are going to see Dimmu and Amon Amarth. Should get the tickets next week sometime though.

Arg, me jelaous too. Was gonna see them myself as well but the gig happens to be in the middle of the week ... yeah, going to school with your neck hurting awfully kind of sucks.
There's also a Sleeping Sun version going around - and her speech before WIHAA is lovely- we need some spirit! ^^

The person at the ticket office seems very sure they will be. As there's next to no promotion for it. So hopefully I can get a couple of tickets in a week or two.

The Dimmu/AA gig was so last minute. If my dad hadn't agreed to babysit, we'd not be going. Now we're going, we decided to make a night of it.

Anette definetly brings a whole new energy to Nightwish. I'm just so in love with her.
