She pushed the pad of paper and pen over to Kit, rocking back and forth as thoughts spun through her mind. "Aelfthyth, killer doormat. Starbuck, killer Umbridge pinata. Both colorful. Killer, killers, may or may not enjoy vegetables of the carrot variety. Also may or may not have a grudge or motive against either victim. Hmm..."

(man, too much posting, not enough time to keep up! I'm soooo lost here!  and I feel terrible asking for an update...  so I shall try to just jump in and make sense)

Autumn nervously re-entered the Halloween Fest. As scared as she was after last night's incident, she was curious to see what everyone was doing.
Hearing npise from the library, she walked in an sat down in a large, comfortable chair near everyone else. Suddenly the word dead reached her eyes, and she shot up in a frenzy. Another murder?!
"Starbuck's...dead!? The killer struck again? What happened?!" She cried in a panic.

Ali sighed, bored now with the lack of ghosts and clues. She crossed her arms over her stomach, readjusting the skirts of her poofy black dress, her dark hair a mess of tangled curls pinned atop her head. "Can we use bait? That would be interesting...Who here wants to be killer-bait?"

Shadowcat winced as she heard her name read off the suspect list. That was inefficient.
"So I'm a suspect, eh?" she asked. "I couldn't have killed Starbuck. I was in the kitchen with the rest of you when Kit announced that she had died. Actually, to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Kit who did them in."
Killer-bait. That sounded like trouble...
