I have not seen any topic in this section about it, so I thought I´d make one.
There is relatively little known about Khuzdul.
It was a language created by Aule(just put two points on the e), ment to be used by the dwarfs.
I found relatively little about Khuzdul on the internet but here are the few sites that get it properly.

Sigin-tarâg, = the Longbeards(plural)

Uzbad = lord
Uzn, Aznân = dimness, shadow, darkness ( former spoken as uzu)
Zarâm = lake, pool(used in names ´Narag-Zarâm and Kheled- Zarâm)
Zigil = Spike, or silver

Tharkûn = Gandalf(note, this is a dwarven name for a human, also meaning Staff-man)

Tumunzahar = name of Nogrod(meaning hollowbold)

Nargun = Mordor(note, also means black land)
Azanulbizar = Dimrill Dale (valley of the dim, Duban- meaning valley, was left out)

Gabilân = name of river Sirion

Note about speech:
When using â, ê, î, ô and û it is ment as a long vowel.
Narukâthan = Nargothrond

Khazâd ai-mênu! = The dwarves are upon you!(also used as dwarven battle-cry)
Uzbad Khazad-dûmu = The lord of Moria
