Starbuck chose this moment to pass through the room, back from her "briefing" with her CO. She came in on the tail end of the conversation, staying only long enough to comment, "So the carrot might be a red herring?" and drift out again. She could do anything - including be annoying - without consequences, and wondered how far she could push this.

[well I don't know about Larael, because she's having a bit of a hard time in RL, due to a death in her best friends family, so... I'm not sure if she is the murderer as she doesn't seem to be herself at the moment, and I reckon that whoever is the murderer will be posting her a little bit at least, and she hasn't posted hardly at all]
"Hmm... the smell of salt water eh... and the food theme...those are quite big clues, but what can they mean" JF asked.

"Okay, scratch Lar from my suspect list..." said Ælfthyrth scratching her head. "Aerlinn's a good possibility... I though we were friends though! How dare she beat me to death with a rubber chicken... I do have a dignity to uphold!" She went absolutely hysterical upon hearing Taur's idea of who the suspect was and immediately proceeded to soar around the room ceiling so fast she became a blur.

[Ok well, everyone voted for who they suspected and I won the vote, but Kit announced that it wasn't me *told y'all* so now we have to wait until Tuesday to vote again. We found out (because Kit told us) that Haldy was killed with a rubber chicken and Monty ate a poisoned peanut. Now there have been two more deaths, smeag and Taur. smeag went to the kitchen for food, and she found the rubber chicken that killed Haldy in the fridge, but the murderer forced her to eat baloney and choked her. Taur saw all this and tried to help but the murderer smothered her with the baloney. smeag said it was someone dressed in black and that there was a smell of sea salt in the air]

PD very uncomfortably watched Nurr eyeing her. She felt bad for not defending her dearly beloved, Lord Beckett, but she decided to not make a reply and let it pass. "I for one believe it's Ali... she just seems the most suspicious... although Aerlinn is a possibility... hmmm"

Ali sat beneath the dining room with a stubborn pout. Someone had stolen her candy.
It was there next to her - right there - when she crawled beneath the table to take a much-needed nap. And now it was gone, the plastic bag of chocolate chips she'd taken from the kitchen on her way to nap-land. Humph. She blamed the staff. They were out to get her for eating too much, she knew it. Or one of the guests she heard accusing her of murder was taking away her source of energizer-bunny like tenacity. It was despicable, the whole thing.
Two more, huh? She was half-offended that she wasn't the one to be killed. They probably needed her around to take all the blame, which was flattering, but annoying none the less. Right then, she was concerned about chocolate.
...So she continued pouting.
