[Aliana of course, one of the obvious suspects, for her all around love of food (mainly candy), and most of the death were food-related. Other than that, there is no connection to the sea that I can find.]

[Anameleth has no connection to the sea by name or sig, and in fact hasn't even posted in here at all, so I'm going to take her out of the running for murderer.]

[Aramel Elyanwe hasn't posted either, but she does have an extreme love of pirates, and Nightmare Before Christmas.]

[Arsarniel hasn't even been active since September, and has no connection to the sea either, so I suppose we can cut her out too.]

Seona came into the room. "Hey guys, there's some sand here. It's wierd..." She trailed off as she saw JF's ghostly form. "Oh, JF, I'm so sorry!" she wailed and tried to give the form a hug. Instead she walked right through her. "I'm sorry I ever accused you of being the killer!"
After bawling for a few more minutes, she wiped her eyes and looked around. "So, death by plant this time, eh? Strange."

"I haven't quite figured that out yet, actually." Tar said cheerfully, not looking up from her list. "But believe me, I am on the trail. Let's discuss this newest development shall we?" She paused for a moment, licked the tip of her pencil thoughtfully, and crossed another name of her list.

"Good heavens!" cried Autumn, surveying the ghosts and bodies that had piled up upon her abscence. "I get caught up in schoolwork over the weekend, and everyone goes off and dies?! What on earth has happened? Oh no, JF!" Autumn sighed. "You're a ghost now, too? This is really getting out of hand..."

"It is getting a bit out of hand, certainly." Tar returned cheerfully. "But cheer up, dear Autumn, because I can say with only a small amount of doubt that you're not the killer." Tar said, finally looking up from her list.

"You haven't been present at the time of the murders, but not in a suspicious way, and your "costume" has nothing to do with the sea. Congrats." Tar said with a big grin.

"Oh...well, that's good, not to be suspected," Autumn said, feeling only slightly akward. Knowing herself that she was not the killer, it felt like a strange comment to be making.

"So, those are our leads, you say? Someone who likes the beach?" Autumn thought for a moment. "Or at least someone who was recently near the beach...and brought a little of it with them."

"You're lucky to not be suspected. Obviously, I know I'm not the killer, but my name doesn't exactly exonerate me." Tar said seriously, but still grinning.

"And yes, that's the main clue that I'm focusing on right now. Unfortunately, a lot of our party guests here look rather suspicious. It's a rather hard task for me. But maybe this strangling vine could be of use to us..."

"Oooh JF" Will sobbed as she ran in. "I told you to watch yourself." She collapsed in a chair, looking quite frustrated at JF. "Why didn't you die with some more clues?" She looked around. "I have a suspect.. though the death of JF didn't really confirm whether I am right or not." Then she suddenly stopped. "Perhaps I am next, if I all tell you.." she whispered.

"I agree... whoever is the murderer is going to be haunted by many, many ghosts for the rest of their life!" Taur laughed evilly.

"Now, back to business... the sea." she floated upside down thoughfully. "Nienor? She lives in Maine, which is a pretty watery place. But the whole sea thing really points to Aerlinn in my mind, since her name means "sea song" and she lives in thte Netherlands and I've read she really loves the sea." That part all made sense. "But the murderer should post a little here, I think! And Aerlinn hasn't posted at all."

She thought more. "You know, we must of asked ten times whether a mod can be the murder, and we haven't gotten a straight answer. Certainly not a 'no.' So I'm inclined to think it could be Kit as well." she finished.

Mrs. Haldir listened to the strong discussion of the clue, sea. Many people had ties to the sea. She thought about another clue, the sand trail that was left. Could it be that it is someone who lives along or near a beach? she asked herself. She beginning to think that with the sea water and the sand trail that was left behind, it may be possible. She wanted to say something but dared not to say it. Oh dear.

Nienor was about to speak to FrodoFan when she was pulled off in another direction by Kit. Candy, sand, the sea..."Now hold on just a minute!" she said indignantly as her name popped up on the list of potential killers. "Taur is right, a large chunk of evidence still leads to Aerlinn. And the fact that she hasn't posted doesn't necessarily mean anything, if I were the murderer I'd want to stay as unobtrusive as possible."
Turning back to Kit, she added, "And Maine may be an ocean state, but I assure you, with only two cities worth mentioning we have a very low crime level."

"Owh pretty realistic costume, JF-darling, you look quite.. transparent...", said Eä as she stepped back into the mansion.
Overhearing the conversation about the most recent suspects she added. "True, that all those clues about the sea could lead to Aerlinn, but if she hasn't posted here at all, isn't it a little... far-fetched..? Has she been posting around A-U while the Haloween fest has been going on, because the mods (at least Kit) would be working with the killer I believe and it's a little difficult if she hasn't even been around."
After giving her speech Eä plopped down into a huge armchair exhausted from speaking so many coherent words.
