I knew it, but I kinda didn't do a very good job of celebrating.

Does anyone know when does the special edition dvd comes out?

I believe it's the same day as the 1-disc: December 4th. You're speaking of the 2-disc DVD, right?

 Thanks. I'm thinking, since it's a super-boring class, I deserve some entertainment at least. :P Wow, you have more will power (or Will power? :teehee:) than I do... ;)

 You're right about that! It's the Murphy's Law of DVDs. ;) Thanks! I checked Walmart again last night but they still didn't have it...ah well. Maybe for Christmas. :eyeroll:

 That's awesomely amazing and I'm supremely jealous. :P Lucky you, having such an awesome store!!!

(Good guess, you're right! :D)

aye, maybe you do if it's a super-boring class. ;) what class is it if you don't mind me asking? (just so I can sympathize with you in the boringness..... :P) Will would add entertainment wouldn't he? :teehee: thanks! :P (I think it would be Will power ;)) well, I comfort myself with thinking it's only 4 more days 'til a whole month of Will! :swoon:

 really? It's the Murphy's Law of dvds? :P Oh dear! lol that's great! you're welcome! :-D hmmm, do you have a Best Buy or an other store that specializes in those kinds of things around you? Because those kinds of place seem to be where you can find the older movies.

thanks! awww, but I'm sorry to make you jealous! thanks again! I can't wait to go in there again! :teehee:

(ok, thanks! :-D)

Yes, but I can't help but think that if Christine had loved the Phantom, he would have never have done all that stuff! And she did in a way, until Raoul came along. It's just... very very tragic. :'(

Still, I hope it was just as good the second time around. :P

Okay, well... I'll try to live without seeing it. :teehee:

Hm, I guess I've got to go all the way to the OB Files now then. *runs off, comes back* Hey, did you know that yesterday (the 25th) was Legolas Day? How weird! :P

well, that's true... but poor Christine didn't love him... she did, you know, but she didn't. Not the way he wanted her to anyway. And I do feel bad for him, but he did what he did.... I mean he tried to kill Raoul! and basically ruin Christine and break her heart.... aye, it ws tragic... and I'm happy the Phantom did the right thing in the end.

it was! :-D

awww, well, now you're making me feel guilty... :erm: have you seen the PotC Kleenex box? It's that pic of Will.

sorry! I'll try to keep it updated more! :) I was just not getting on as often there for a very short time! no, I didn't! I didn't even know there was such a thing as Legolas Day! :teehee:

gee, I haven't been fulfilling my duties here lately! I'm ashamed of myself!

 I do! This is going to sound sad, but the class is called The Life of Christ... But in my defense, all she has us do is copy down notes and watch a movie every now and then! Very very boring!! :eyeroll: Well, more eye-candy than anything else, but yeah. :P you're welcome! Ooh, you're right! :bounce: I sound pathetic, don't I?

Haha, thanks. I swear it's true. :P Hmm, we have one near the Borders which is about 15 minutes away...next time I'm down there I'll check. Thanks! :)

Eh, it's okay. At least one of us can enjoy it!

:P ..... hmm, well, if that's all she has you do than I guess I can kinda sympathize with you. although at least it's easy, aye? (what I find most shocking is that you're actually learning about that! I didn't figure public schools taught that...) yeah, either way... a good Will pic is always a plus! :bounce: :P no, not pathetic at all ;) :P and now it's only 2 days 'til 30 days of Will! :bounce:

you're welcome! :) ok, well, that's where I'd go then... Boarders (the only one I've ever been to at least) has movies too, but I find movies at those kinds of places are more expencive. Either way I wish you luck! :)

thanks.... and anyway I think I can enjoy it enough for BOTH of us! :teehee: ;)

Btw, this is for everyone but I was gonna ask a question…. We talked a bit about this for LotR (thanks to TT) so I figured we could adapt it to PotC (I'm lazy, I know :P). So can anyone summerize all three PotC movies into a sentence? I've tried and I've failed..... so I was wondering if someone else could do it. :teehee:

True - easy, but very boring. One guy literally falls asleep every day. (Oh, no, it isn't public, it's private. Sorry, probably should've clarified.) Aye aye! :D Although I won't get my Will-dose until Monday, since I have Thursday and Friday off...

Borders likes to charge rather high prices for anything that's not a book. :eyeroll: I learned a long time ago not to buy DVDs there. (I don't usually buy CDs there either, for the same reason, but sometimes they're my only option. The books are good though.)

Oh, I'm sure! :D

Ooh, this should be entertaining! :P Let's see... *attempts to construct a reasonable summary without using too much of a run-on sentence*

"In these swashbuckling tales, high adventure and supernatural happenings combine as Captain Jack Sparrow of the Black Pearl evades capture time after time and Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann have difficulty expressing their feelings for one another."

Yay me, I used the word "swashbuckling". Aren't you proud of me? :teehee:

Really? I love to buy movies and music there! (When I can't just buy them off iTunes. :teehee:) I think they're prices are much better than Best Buy, and since it's kind of my second home it's much more convient. :P

Um, Anie did a good job summarizing PotC, PD, so I'm just going to second what she said. :P

Yeah, um, my mom is the kind of person who usually won't buy something unless it's a decent price, and I learned that from her. So I buy some of my books from Borders, the rest from B&N, and my DVDs and CDs from Target and Walmart and such. :P

 Thanks! That works, I guess. ;)

Well that's okay. :) I think everyone's kind of like that. I wonder if your Borders charges more than ours?

It might...not for books but for DVDs for sure. I remember trying to buy one there once and it was $30 where you could get it for $10 less easily at Target.

hmmm, yeah, that could be a problem.... but I guess easy and boring is better than super hard and you hardly understand it. :P awww, you're poor teacher to see her students actually sleeping during class! :P (oh, ok. I understand now! that's ok... don't sweat over it ;)) you are so lucky to have had Thurs and Fri off! Oh, well you also have to wait to stare at Will where right now I could if I wanted to. :P

I know... that's kinda how Barnes and Noble is too.... :erm: so I tend to buy them from Target, Best Buy, Circut City or sometimes Meijer and Wal-Mart. but each to her own...

*clapping* that was actually very good. There was so much more you could've added but you kept to the main details of the plotline. Very well done! :-D

hmmm, that's interesting, Taur. Our Best Buy has very reasonably priced DVDs (for the most part)... they charge just as much as Wal-Mart or Target most of the time for their DVDs or CDs. where I live things must be more like where Anie lives.

ah, cheating? ;) no worries.... Anie did do a wonderful job! :P

oh, yes I'm very proud of you and your use of "swashbuckling". ;)

 Definitely, it's kind of nice to have a "slacker" class right after my first period, which is honors English so it makes you THINK a LOT, which isn't the easiest thing to do at 8 AM. ;) Well, yeah, I do feel kind of sorry for her but she's not that great at keeping the class in order anyway...I do the best I can to help her but it's really hard when they just won't listen. Yeah, but I got to stare at Peter Parker instead, so it all evened out, mostly. :P

Your B&N has DVDs?! Lucky! Mine has books everywhere and calendars sometimes and one double-sided rack of CDs up front. Anything else they'll order for you, but it's not right there. :eyeroll: Oh well, I guess I shouldn't complain...there's a Target about 5 minutes away from my house now so getting DVDs the day they come out shouldn't be too hard. :D

Thank you! :) I wasn't quite sure how to phrase the whole Willabeth thing without making it sound completely retarded, but I'm glad you guys like it. :P
Yay! :D

I know how you feel! *pats Anie on the back* it is nice to have a "slacker" class (as you put it :P) every now and then. :) Oh thinking early in the morning? My head hurts just hearing about it. :teehee: your poor teacher. :P I understand though.... when I went to Drivers Ed some of the kids were just so unorderly and tardy and whatnot. It really is kinda disrespectful and annoying for the poor teachers. but what can you do? hmmm, well, I guess... not sure if Peter evens with Will but if you want to think he does....

yeah, our B&N has tons of CDs and DVDs. I thought they all did... that's weird! (not like it matters though because their DVDs and most of their CDs are way overpriced :eyeroll:) nah, that sounds like a good deal to me. :P we have a Wal-Mart and Meijer not too far away... and then we don't have to go more than 20 miles 'til we reach the bigger town where there's tons of stores that would carry new dvds.... so I guess I have it pretty good too. :P

you're welcome! :) yeah, I think you did a good job, Pip!

 nice!

btw, just saw my first tv spot for the AWE dvd! :bounce: me so excited!!! It was awesome! (although I missed the first part because I was trying to turn the tv up... :erm: I swear when something as surprising and awesome as that comes up I loose my mind... it's the strangest thing. :P anyway, it came up while USA was playing their special CotBP uncut edition.

Also just to let everyone know Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End is coming out in

30

days

Just popping in to see how my Absolutley-hyper-madly-frantic-AU-AWE-posters are doing. :D

I should really ad something about the amount of smilies you guys use in that title as well. :P

Ooh, I am so excited for POTC! It is going to be my birthday film (hopefully as it is quite long and usually my B-day films are short). Every year I watch a DVD on my birthday, a film that I saw in the cinema that year and asked for on DVD. :D

so am I! :bounce: I'm probably gonna die on Dec 4th... and I can guarantee my schoolwork (and concentration) that day won't be very good.... ;) I'll be to excited! Anyway, that's a really neat tradition, JF! I hope you have fun with it!
