"I wouldn't count on that. I just got out of jail. I see no need of going back so soon after something I didn't do. But, I guess it wouldn't matter since I would just break out again... but I don't feel like having to do that so soon again," Darcy said, inwardly sighing, annoyed. "And did you come up here just to patronize me?"

Darcy's eyes were still on the figure on the distance. She knew exactly what it was that was flying around...

Darius said nothing, already wishing he had choosen another route home. He did not fear them, but then again he did he really like them. This was turning out to be a long night. With that he leaned back against the alley wall, arms still crossed...why he still stayed he did not know, but if things did not get any better soon he was planning to leave.

Helena watched them all talk amongst themselves. Strangely curious as to why she seemed so compelled by them all. She had done a good job of looking after number one for so long, she had forgotten company.
"Not like you need it!" a voice inside her head snarled

"But they interest me" the same voice replied, it's tone somewhat softer

She tilted her head as one spoke of sport and she grinned wildly.

"So what's the grand idea?" Darius asked in a sarcastic tone, not even sure why he cared since he had little to do with the schemes everyone else seemed to be in. Yet, he found himself in the midst of it all the same.

"Lighten up, will you tiger?" Mari remarked in almost a flirtatious manner to him, her own silent thoughts of playing games with the local law enforcement seemed to have put her in better spirits. Darius remained where he was and rolled his eyes in annoyance at her comment, already starting to get a strong dislike for the girl.

"You know you are a real party-pooper." she added as she gave him a glance of utter disdain.

"And who said I wanted to join the party in the first place?" he muttered to himself, thinking that it might be best to leave before he found himself too entrenched he wanted nothing to be a part of.

Robert threw a glance at the museum, where the Commissioner was, aided by a few misguided people. He turned back at the small party of villains that had gathered and said indifferently, "Well, comrades, I leave you now with my idea. Farewell." He walked off, not to the orphanage where he spend a good part of his miserable life, but to an empty apartment that Robert currently resided in. All he had to do was destroy the metallic components of the lock and he was in. He didn't worry too much about food either. He mainly lived off from the energy that was released from the decaying material. He walked out of the alley, making sure no one saw him leave the crime scene, and made his way towards his apartment. Then he felt someone behind him. At first it was one little strand of hair on his neck, then two, then three. He turned around and saw two people, hidden by the shadow. Not now, he groaned inwardly as he prepared himself for them.

Alice peered at the Commissioner curiously with wide brown eyes. She then greeted, "Hello! I'm Alice. Sam brought me here to help if I can." She continued her curious gaze at the Commissioner but occasionally she shot a glance at his clipboard.

Clad in a black top, black pants and black boots, Ariana quickly headed toward the scene of the crime. She had thought of flying there to save time, but thought that might be too conspicuous. Upon arriving at the scene, she made her way to where the police commissioner wrote in his clipboard. Already two other teens were there-presumably others like herself called in to help investigate the recent string of robberies. "Hello Commissioner," she stated simply before giving a nod to both Sam and Alice in greeting.

"Some plan," Mari muttered in disgust and then cursed under her breath as she two women talking with the commissioner and then a third join them. "Oh, so these must be the heroes. How lovely," she remarked as she clutched the pouch that held her diamond even tighter. "Well, its been lovely. But it seems time for me to depart," With that she headed off through the alley and turned right, making sure to keep out of sight and headed away from the crime scene.

"Oh wonderful," Darius remarked as he glanced at the three women who could not be older than himself. The last thing he needed was to be accused of a crime he did not commit. With that he brusquely walked through the alley, and away from the remaining members of the group. He paused for a moment to make sure he was not being followed before he headed to his 'apartment'.

Mari smiled at Kat, a twinkle gleaming in her eye. "Only the most precious diamond in the shop," she said simply. "And you?" she asked.

Ariana nodded at the commissioner. "Sounds fine by me," she said in response to his statement about other teammates. Normally she worked alone, but with the crime wave escalating, she was glad to have any help she could get. "Well, I guess we will start with him then as soon as the rest of the team arrives." She was silent for a moment before asking. "Was any trace found at any of the crime scenes? Perhaps it will help us in our search."

Darius closed the door to his apartment and slumped down on the shabby couch. How on earth did you get involved in this mess, he wondered to himself. Well, you weren’t part of the crimes, so you should have to worry about the cops. He gave a sardonic laugh at his own thoughts. It would not have been the first time he was wrongfully accused of a crime, and he highly doubted it would be the last.

For awhile now, Sierra had been flying around the city, scanning the area. It was when she saw the crime scene, that she remembered that she had been asked to help with a few investigations. So Sierra flew close to the ground, then backwinged to land. The span of her white feathered wings made a few hair-does go bad. When she was on the ground, the wings seemed to shrink and then become almost like cartoon wings and become flat agasint her back until they were tattoos on her back. Her blue halter top allowed one to see the wings as tattoos, and see the tattoo of a rose vine around her fore-arm.
"Hello. I hope I'm not too late to help," she said to the comissioner. "And first things first, were there any black feathers at this crime?"
(that would be a no, there, lol!)
