Foreman quickly injected the tranquilizer and then looked at Virgina while hooking up the IV. "The seizure should stop soon now." he said, looking at the girl, who was calmer now, however he face still showed she was in pain. "We can't give her further examination after this...we'll have to wait. "Virgina. I want you to stay with the girl. Don't leave her alone now. I will go to report House about this, okay?"

House opened the door to the office and looked at Chase and Cameron standing around in the corridor. "Hey...I missed you already...where have you been? Ah, not so important. Not like there was something important to do in a hospital, right? Yes, that's why I like this place. Always time for a nice little chat...wonderful...just wonderful...and if the patients die under your hands because you found it more important to talk about your personal problems there is always someone around who can be blamed..." He shook his head and half-smiled at them. "Wonderful, isn't it?" He shook his head again and went serious again. "Now come in...come...we have to hurry. House only raised his eyebrows at Camerons' comment, but didn't say anything yet. He went into the office and finally turned back to Chase. "Well...this means we have two options now...either we have a little devil inside of her who is still hiding and only showed us what it can by causing tumors to her. This would mean we will have to make it angry, so it will show itself to us. Or...the thing which made her sick hadn't showed at all and this little tumor was completely innocent...hm...we have two choices now...difficult...what do you think?" He turned to the white board and acted like he was thinking. "Well...I suggest...you think about this...and I...well...I will go and do something. I don't think you are the one who should talk about my niece, right?" Without a further word he took his cane again and left the office and slid open the door to the room where Virgina was.

Foreman looked at House and understood. He nodded at Virgina, smiling a little at her and then left the room. He entered the room where Cameron and Chase were.

House sat down beside his niece and only looked at her. "Hello, Virgina. Is there...something you want to tell me?"

House looked at his niece, then at the patient and shook his head. "If I remember correctly, she came in because of hallucinations, right? She thought people would be around her, treatening her. What if the people who "raped" her were just a few little demons in her head, caused by this big "something" we don't know yet?"
He looked at her again, but differently this time. He seemed almost worried now, caring. "Virgina...I didn't came to you because of the patient. You know how I am. I don't want to talk to patients and I don't want to talk about patients, unless of course I know what is wrong with them. I let Chase, Foreman and Cameron wonder what is wrong with her, but I only wonder what is wrong with you. This case seems to get you deeper a little. Come...nobody is listening exept of her and she is under so many steroides at the moment, she can't even listen. So...do you want to tell me?"
