It doesn't really bother me at how many times someone can post in a row as long as it goes by the hour rule-give or take minutes of course. If no one posts, it just holds up the game-and I know at one point I have done a whole string of posts myself when no one else was posting. Although I can see how it can be a bit frustrating if you can't get online...
