In the last year or so, SG-1 and Atlantis have become two of my favorite tv shows, so here's the place where all those who think Stargate is the greatest can talk about it!!

I guess I have to say something to get a conversation going, so here's some questions:

Which do you enjoy more: SG-1 or Atlantis?
Whose your favorite character(s) from each series?

My answers: Atlantis is my favorite of the two, but I like both. Sheppard is my fav from Atlantis, but I also really like Rodney and Teyla. O'Niell was the best in SG-1, but since he left, I like Sam; and Daniel too.

A Stargate club? Count me in.

Overall, I think I like SG-1 more, but it varies day by day, really depending on the quality of the newest episodes. As for favorite character, Rodney is definately my favorite. Somehow he always ends up in the most hilarious situations. I don't think I could choose a favorite SG-1 character, it's tied between Jack, Sam, Daniel, Teal'c, and Vala.

I knew for a fact that he had to get better. He's the hott guy! They arn't going to take that away. He's the hott guy,and he has to stay.

This last Atlantis was one of the best yet. I'm glad that they are finally giving the Wraith a little more depth.

And the Replicators are back! *Has a "I love the Replicators" party*

SG-1 news:
Fans have speculated this week that that could mean an SG-1 feature film, TV movie, mini-series ... or even Season Eleven on another network. U.S. cable networks such as SpikeTV and G4 have been expanding their original and science fiction programming, and former SG-1 home Showtime may be open the series again following its five years of great success on basic cable.

But such a move may be out of the question, if SCI FI Channel has anything to say about it. "There is not going to be [an 11th season] on U.S. television," Mark Stern, SCI FI's executive vice president of programming, told Multichannel flatly. "Our contract with MGM prohibits it."
*Swears loudly* So... Sci-Fi doesn't want it. But they won't let anyone else have it. I guess I'm writing another round of letters tomorrow. I'll watch the rest of SG-1. I'll watch Atlantis. But other than that, Sci-Fi channel is not going to be viewed in my house

Ahh! I didn't answer the questions.

Lets see....
I like the earlier seasons of Stargate SG-1 the best, but they have gone way down hill. Stargate Atlantis is now my favorite.

My favorite character. I can't choose just one! I like Jack, because he's funny. I like Daniel, because he's cute in a dorky kind of way. Teal'c is just reaking with coolness. Sam kicks butt. Hammond was the cool texan guy.

In Atlantis, Sheppard is the hott, funny guy. Rodney is the funny, geeky guy. Ronan is the hott, fighting guy, Teyla is the kick butt girl, Elizabeth is the leader that every one looks up to. Bekkit has the most amazing accent in the world, though Zelinca is a close second. I just can't choose!

Nicely put. lol, My sister just loves Beckett for his accent.

BUMPERS! I love Stargate! Whoo hoo! Did you see last week's STA? That was a really good ep! I felt so sorry for Carson in that episode. He wanted nothing more than to save the man's life, but he kept dying. The was Carson never backed down because he wanted to save a life is so heart wrentching. I want to sieze him, and yell "Come to my bossum!" And give him a ginourmous hug. I want to hug him so badly, its not funny. I actually have tears in my eyes right now because he is such an awesome character. I think I'm gonna put pics of him in my locker. Hmmmmm..........

And he's from Scotland! YAY! Go Scotts!!! Which puts him on the coolest of the cool-list! Yeah!

Ahhh! Stargate is on its annual six week hiatus! Cursed be the long waiting period! I don't think I'll be able to make it. Talk about cliff hangers.
