Haha, we've been doing our best on the no-spoilers thing. It's tough though.

Gosh, I dunno how you guys do it. I have a post-it on my comp screen that says "NO SPOILERS" in big letters. haha. And when i talk to my friends, I'm dying! It's like trying to hold something in that can't be held in. And we're all pacing ourselves. I can't read past a specific point. Grrr! haha. It's really quite funny.

Haha. All my friends read it quickly. Not as fast as me, but I didn't have to wait long. But as I was reading it, every once and a while I would have to put it down and be like "AHHHH, I need someone to talk to like rightnow!"

And by the way, Ali, Vana, and myself were discussing people who we thought should have been cast for the Twilight movie. If you want, I'll post the list.

Okay, first, a few notes, because I know certain comments are coming. First of all, there isn't an Edward listed here. Three of us were coming up with these people (Aliana, Vana, and myself), and none of us could agree on who it should have been. I still think that there is absolutely no one on Earth that fits Edward's description. Second, there are a few characters I didn't mention, mainly because they were too small of a part for me to care about. Also, we tried to replace EVERY character, even if we thought the person was pretty close. We only kept ONE person the same, and that is James. Because you can't pick a better person than Cam. No way. Oh, the final thing is...I know this is coming... "She's too pretty for Bella. Bella's supposed to be plain." Uh, sorry, you're wrong. Bella saw herself as plain, but NO ONE else did, and that is documented on several occasions. So no, she's not plain.

I like your choice of rachel leigh cook as alice. She's more like how I imagined her. My friend and I were talking the other day about how we wanted steven strait as jacob! haha! Great minds think alike! I would love to see jesse spencer in a movie like this. I loooove him on house md! Joe anderson as carlisle...I dunno, he doesn't seem to have that exemplary sense of kindness and all, but I get why you chose him. I'd like anyone else for Esme except who really gets to play her. Your choice of emmett makes sense- that guy's huge! I don't think Scarlett could pull off a character like Rosalie. I really like your guys' choices for Victoria, Laurent, and James!! Nice picture hunting too! And Jane is interesting!

Overall, wow! This was quite a list!

We were mainly thinking of looks when we picked those characters. Brady Quinn is a football player, not an actor, so...and I've never actually sen Joe Anderson act, so I wouldn't know if he's any good or anything. Vana suggested that one. And really, I don't think the part of Rosalie would be that hard to act, you just have to glare a lot. And I think Scarlett Johansson is the most gorgeous blonde I've ever seen, so...

I like it though. Do you mind if I emailed your list to my friend? She'd get such a kick out of it! Scarlett Johannson is gorgeous! But after the Boleyn movie with her and Natalie Portman and Eric Bana, my friends and I have had a thing against her. haha.

It's so true that you can't find anyone that can embody what Stephenie Meyer created Edward as.

And it's nice to know that my friend and I aren't the only ones that made our own casting list. heehee.

Oh yeah, feel free. I've been trying to spread this list as much as possible, actually.

And the whole great thing about Edward is that he really isn't described. He's described as a GORGEOUS creature with bronze hair. You can go absolutely anywhere with that, differing with the taste of each person. So why even try to create that in real life? It doesn't exist.

And yeah, I felt like such a fangirl after making that. It took us hours. And then today, I've been subconsciously creating a Twilight playlist. I'm so hopeless sometimes.

i LOVE the idea of kate beckinsale as victoria. i totally picture her as (without clicking, mind you) how she was in van helsing.

and i kinda picture (though you DID say it was random) annasophia robb as that one brie girl from eclipse. she could totally make a random cameo....i can just picture her face all crazy-like...

So could I, actually. AnnaSophia Robb is actually a bit too old to be Jane now. I was just picturing her from like, two years ago.

And as a joke, we also said that Josh Holloway could be Garrett. If you've read Breaking Dawn, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Even though we were totally joking about the whole Garrett thing, the idea is growing on me. Especially since Garrett is probably my new favorite character. He was pretty much amazing.
