so, for those of u who dont know, i've finally moved on w/ my life & gotten over this guy whom i've been obsessed w/ for about 2 years now......lol so anyways, i wrote a poem about it, & here it is. let me know wut u think!
It's time to move,
Start fresh; a clean slate.
Thought I was meant for you,
But I guess that's not my fate.
There was a time when I loved you,
But that time has passed.
Me heart has finally healed;
I can move on, at last.
I have to admit, the night you said goodbye,
It killed me inside.
My heart was completely shattered;
I cried and I cried.
There are some things that only time can mend.
A broken heart is one of these things.
And though the time has passed slowly,
It's finally mended mine, it seems.
No one can ever take away those memories;
All those times we laughed and cried.
But as for now, it's finally time to say
Goodbye.
