I cry because
I find solace in the wet upon my face
I cry because
I miss the warmth of your embrace
I cry because
at the dawn of every day
I look at your place beside me
and I remember you're away
I cry because
I hate this separation we are in
I cry because
I feel this is a battle we'll never win
I cry because
i think that my fragile heart will break
I cry because
I miss all the chances we used to take
My heart beats ever slower every moment we're apart
But the moment that I see your face revives the beating of my heart
