Hobbit News - More Hobbit Images
With the release of the first Hobbit film An Unexpected Journey, fast approaching, the images are coming thick and fast now thanks to officially released images and images taken from the recently published books. There are over 50 new images added to our gallery and there are more to come over the next few days.

SITE NEWS - Hi Res Stills Gallery
Over 25 Hobbit images have been added to the Hi Res gallery. The images can already be found in the Hobbit gallery, but these versions are much larger and are a better quality.

HOBBIT NEWS - Soundtrack info!
The soundtrack to The Hobbit is starting to prime itself for its own release on December 11 (three days before the actual movie premiere in most countries!). You'll find a track list and more general information here. Incidentally, you also can now pre-order it on Amazon.com, if you're so inclined!

HOBBIT NEWS - Air New Zealand Tolkienizes their safety video
If you need another reason to visit New Zealand, the country's official airline, Air New Zealand, has made a new safety video. But not just any safety video... a Middle-earthean safety video. The costumes may leave something to be desired, but WETA had a hand in inserting Gollum (worst. seat partner. ever.) and Peter Jackson makes a cameo. It's a lot of fun so have a look!
