I've read it three times. I'm planning on reading it a fourth time over the summer, but I might read it sooner than that.

Two, count 'em, two! Believe it! Twice in two years, that is, for all three of the LotR books. The first of the three I read was the RotK shortly after watching it in theatres. So Jan. 2004. And I plan to read them all over this year (it's my goal-once every year).

Well I read the five books (The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy) once every year since I was 11 back in 1996 so it must be 10 times.

That's exactly what I wanted to say!

I have read LOTR 5 times.
I have read The 'obbit twice.
I have read the complete Silmarillion once, am reading it again, and have read "The Rings of Power and the Third Age' section twice.
And likewise I find new things every time.

I've read the LotR's trilogy... Too many times to count.
I've read the earlier versions of them, too, but I don't know what to call them... I still haven't read The Silmarillion, but I'm working on it. Once school is over, then I will

I don't know how much I've already read it.. but the great thing is that you can read it over and over again and you'll always find something new. I'm just rereading it and it's so interesting
