I have a good question. What is your favorite thing someone you know, a movie character, a book character, etc has done where he was trying to be evil, but he is seriously failing at it?

In the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, apparently Polyphemus (y'know, the Cyclops) decided that a great way to be evil would be to marry a [s]donkey[/s] [s]goat[/s] satyr, then later changed it to a poor girl that was there. She escaped though, which I was glad for, even though I hated her.
Fail.

My favorite has to be in Shrek 3. All of the evil villans take over far far away, and one of them takes out mail from the mailbox and rips off the postage stamps.
