who's your favorite character and your least favorite character in the silmarillion? my fav's yavanna cuz she rocks and my least fav is melkor for obvious reasons!!

My favourite character in the whole Silmarillion is Nienor Niniel... it's hard to explain why, I just love her!
And the least one would be Feanor...

My favorite would be Finduilas, just because I like her, and my least favorite...hmm...I don't actually like Feanor that much...

It's a hard decision but I'd have to say that the Vala, Varda is my favourite character, and the Dark-Elf Eöl [I believe that was his name] is my least favourite.

well,there are lots of Sil` characters I like very much...Hmm,It`s really difficulty to say which one I like more....Hmm,let me see....Ecthelion of the Fountain\Turgon\Finrod.....
I don`t like Vala in Mandos at all///I hate it!!! and his poor wife...she might have heard his curses and haver every day.....
I always wonder that why did not the elves give him a curse for payment??
