What's your fave LOTR pairing? Mine's probably Aragorn/Arwen because Arwen saves Aragorn's life .

My fav pairing is Aragorn and Arwen... I like their story so much, because it's an extraordinary lovestory.

I said Eowyn and Faramir, because they seem to find love in an unexpected place and realise that what they've been looking for was each other all along.

I'm going to go off on a limb and say I like Sam and Frodo's pairing. They are such good friends and they've been through so much together, that it makes their story one of pure friendship.  *feels all warm and fuzzy inside*

ohh. i wish I could vote twice. I love Arwen/Aragorn as its such a beautiful love story. But I also love Eowyn/Faramir as their story seems so much more real to me.

I voted for Sam and Rosie, because it is, I believe, the only... -how should I put it-  non-epic love story in Middle Earth that Tolkien wrote about?  I have nothing against epic love stories, mind you! I absolutely adore the other love stories in the Books, but their story is so different from all the others! I love the sweet simplicity of their love, growing from when they were children playing together, to Rosie's belief that Sam would come back, and their having a grand total of 13 little hobbit babies. I mean, come on? How sweet can you get?  _________________

I said Eowyn/Faramir. I have to smile every time they have a scene together. They're just the perfect couple, but not overly cutesy and flowery.
