Leah looked from Maria to the couple and back. "Maria?" she asked in a weak voice, utterly confused. "Who are these people? Should we inform the guards?" Realising how self-satisfied Maria looked, Leah took a step back. "What will be done after the wedding is over?" she inquired with a frown.
She knew she sounded like a child but then she was used to a simple life which she'd always used to live on the palace. She wasn't aware that anything bigger was going on here.

"Right.." Leah answered not satisfied with this limited answer. "Right.. Bastian" she started, figuring he would be the most suitable candidate to give some reasonable answers. "..and may I inquire your reasons for your presence here since you are obviously not invited." She gave the couple a smirk which reflected in her laughing eyes. "Even besides your clothing which is too poor to be a courtier, your manners betray that you obviously have been raised on a cow farm." She threw a satisfied look at Alex to whom this all was addressed to repay her earlier insult."
Red blushes had appeared on her pale cheeks because of this heated debate.
"Yes, we will call the guards Maria. You may work here only for 6 months but I know it's the job of the guards that these two will stay away.."

Alexandria's face burned hotly, angered by this insult. "You will do no such thing!" she demanded, though to who exactly it wasn't clear. "We're not here to cause any harm, just.... out of curiosity. If you want to know my intentions, well fine, they're pretty simple: mingle with the high and mighty, make a few - nay, frequent - trips to the champagne bowl... Be entertained for a few hours." She looked over at her companion with a smirk, "And as for Bastian, he's prolly just hoping he'll get lucky."

"ALEX!" The young man's face reddened at this accusation.

"Are you sure, when the golden-eyed woman looked about to rip your head off?" A raspy voice said, as a man, short but muscular, walked up to them. He wore a plain navy blue jersey, black trousers, boots, and polished shoulder, arm, and shin guards. As well as a jeweled belt and sheath that held a plain-looking sword. Pale golden hair waved in the slight breeze, and blue eyes scanned the faces.

Aaron, Captin of the guard's second in command, had watched the two intruders climb over the battlements, and came to investigate. "I believe if these two were left in your hands, you'd soon be without a head."

"I think that this man is a victim of the situation Sir." Leah grinned, quite relieved as the Commander approached. Her slender figured leaned over to Aaron and she whispered: "He doesn't seem to be capable of uttering more than two two-syllable words. I guess that the woman forced him to come over here for her own peculiar uses."
She threw Bastian a sweet smile as her fingers played with her long blond curls. One way or the other she felt that the blond woman was the leader in this peticular expedition, not he.
