Rain suddenly gets a deviously evil idea.
"Oh... maybe I should have warned everyone. I have a reputation amung my family to.. uh.. start things after the cake has been cut," she said with a rare evil grin. "But I'm not a total wedding crasher, so don't worry too much."

Legolas & Arya laughed looking at Rain. Legolas approached her, saying "You better not crash our wedding, we have had enough problems alreadywith our wedding!"

"No promises!" Rain sang, then saw the look she was getting. "Okay, I won't crash anything... at least not until the reseption party... lol! Maybe. And I already solved one problem for you, didn't I?"
She grin innocently, and hugs Cloud's arm.
"Well, at least you're really getting on with your wedding... got further than I ever did. And in my two and a half years on AU, I've had 3 other fiances... but this time I'll make it work, out of sheer force of will!"

Neri laughed in her sleeve while Legsy and Rain chatted, and then stood by the cake. Drawing herself up to her full height, she cleared her throat. "Excuse me, all of you, friends, family, fellow AUers... I think that it is time for the cake to be cut. Before that, however, I think it would be appropriate if I gave a small speech."

Neri shifted her weight from one foot to the other uneasily, trying to smile a bit. "Well, I'm not too experienced in the field of speech-making, so this won't be too long. Also, that delicious-looking cake is crying out to be cut and eaten!" She relaxed a little, and her eyes twinkled. "I just wanted to say thank-you to all of you for coming, you have made our day so wonderful." She looked over at Walter, and he nodded. "You are such a lovely and amazing family, and I don't know what we would possibly do without you all. I would especially like to thank Thion for doing our wedding." She paused a moment, and then resumed. "I would also like to show my heartfelt love and appreciation for my own dear Mother and Grandmother, Gilthoniel and evenstar of mirkwood. Finally, I would like to thank you all for coming. I love each and every one of you dearly, and I wish I had the time to thank all of you by name. But as it stands, that cake is looking awfully good..."
