Lilith was obviously displeased, her eyes had hardened and her lips had pursed together unhappily. She however, convinced herself that it would hardly do to get into a fight with the man right now. Aside from her obvious annoyance she felt more than a little betrayed by her own certainty. She had been so sure that the man would be better today, and he had been...for a moment at least. The blonde fought the urge to let out an exasperated sigh, dissapointed in herself. Instead of sighing she took a sip of water.

Ronin watched his sister closely, easily reading her emotions. When she met his gaze he shrugged and gave a smile that said, 'At least we tried.'

Lilith nodded and let a half-hearted smile inch across her face, feeling marginally better at her brother's reassurance.

Keith ignored the fact that Haven was ignoring him, ate last of his breakfast and gave Ronin a meaningful look. "What do you say Ronin? Shall we continue our duel which wasn't finished yesterday or are ye affraid?" He hoped to get Ronin with him outside for all he needed at the moment, was a talk with someone he could trust. And perhaps after that some practise with the sword. His leg might not be functioning well, he didn't want to be useless in the next plan, whatever Haven might be discussing about secret paths and castleroutes.

Tomos picked at his food: a small handfull of berries, some bread, and a couple eggs. Suddenly Rose entered the room, floating over to a table in a haze. She seemed paler than usual. Tomos picked up his plate and slowly walked over to her. "Hello." he said meekly. "Mind if I sit with you? You look lonely."

Rose was pulled out of her thoughts when Tomos spoke to her.
"Oh, no, I don't mind if you sit here. I'm just cooling off after taking a walk this morning," she said with a smile...

Rubin was surprised at how fast she fell asleep on the straw floor. She had been more tired than she thought.

She awoke to sunlight streaming in. The lady sat up, groaning at her sore muscles. Her black hair was frizzy, tangled, and pretty much everywhere, and her clothes were very rumpled. She looked around and found that Marran had gone. Her stomach growled and she realized that the last time she ate had been yesterday at lunch. She rose to her feet and stepped outside, wondering where the guard was.
