"But, since you request it...I shall try to do so. I make no promises though, Mas-Haven," she finished with a small smile. "Though, I do request you withhold from referring to me as Ma'am.

"Now, should you not be doing something more worthwhile than speaking with me? Perhaps making sure your 'captives' are guarded properly?" She added in a colder tone, remembering that she was in fact supposed to be angry.

(guys, slow down please. Keep track where some of the people last posted and help to not have them fall behind. I mean, it'd be hard to get Rose in Tomos in with the others if you move so fast. 'Cause I know Naur doesn't get on all that much. And I have a life other than on AU. So please slow down? Even if it is just two people talking back and forth... Please

"You know these woods?" Tomos asked. It didn't surpise him, though he did wonder what she was doing out in the woods early in the morning. This close to her he could faintly smell the scent of lamp oil. He looked at her curiously. "Did you have a good walk?"

"Yes, and yes, thank you for asking," Rose said. It was a good walk for her. She almost felt like a weight had been taken off her shoulders after that. As if the cottage with her memories that saddened her heart burning down had burned away some of the sadness. But she didn't want to completely forget, which was why she had grabbed the few belongings that were in the cottage.

"How about you, Tomos, how are you? Are your wounds any better? I'm sure sleep helped the weakening from the blood loss a bit," she said, hoping to change the topic to something a little more casual. But she was still worried about Tomos...

"I feel horrible though, but its a good sign." Tomos replied, looking at her with hallow, dark rimmed eyes. " Last night I just felt weak I wasn't in too much pain, and I felt like I couldn't think right, like my mind was a ghost. Now my head feels like it was trampled by a herd of horses, eaten by a dog and then coughed back up. I'm stiff in places I didn't think I could be stiff, and my arm hurts like the devil himself were licking it." A tired but sarcastic grin crossed his face. "So all in all, I'm practically up to my eyes in daisies and butterflies and sunshine."
